Zivid designs and sells advanced 3D cameras to the global robotics market providing "eyes" for industrial robots. With increased customer adoption, more sophisticated projects, and bigger clients, we need to grow our commercial team. The Strategic Sales Manager will play a crucial role in our continued growth in the European market.  

 

We are looking for a highly motivated, goal-oriented, resourceful, and customer-oriented key account manager to become part of the Zivid family and help us achieve great success with new and existing customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES 

As a Strategic Sales Manager in Zivid your key responsibility is to achieve growth ambitions and hit sales targets towards a set of assigned strategic clients. You will achieve this through building- and promoting strong and long-lasting customer relationships with typical job activities being: 

  • Manage and develop a set of assigned accounts (Tier 1 and Tier 2) within EMEA region. 
  • Building strong personal relations through meetings and digital communication. 
  • Ensure your assigned accounts meets a coordinated and client-first-focused Zivid by working closely with the engineers in the Customer Success Unit (CSU) and Operations (supply chain and delivery). 
  • Relay customer feedback and market intel to relevant functions in Zivid. 
  • Present results and forecasts for assigned accounts to management team.  
  • Actively contribute to the success of the EMEA- and Global Sales Team. 
  • Diligently use and take advantage of our CRM tool (HubSpot). 
  • Expected traveling (Europe): ~20%  

 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

Someone that is comfortable- and thriving in the magic intersection between advanced technology, business acumen and human relationships in a global setting. Your background and personal qualities include several of: 
 

  • Successful track record as a sales-, key account- or project manager. Preferably you have held commercial roles working with advanced technologies towards international markets in the past. We believe 5 to 8 years of relevant experience would allow you to settle into the role quickly, but this is just a number. Strong candidates with shorter or longer experience are encouraged to apply. 
  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in communication, economy/finance, engineering or marketing. Significant relevant experience can compensate for shorter or different educational background. 
  • Experience from robotics and/or machine vision is an advantage but not required. 
  • Personal interest in advanced technologies, passion for B2B sales and genuine care in your customers’ success are personal qualities that will help you succeed in the role. 
  • Strong ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and efficiently at all levels of a customer organization. 
  • Structure and attention to details are valuable qualities in dealing with large complex customers. 
  • Fluency in English is an absolute requirement with mastering of additional European language(s) as an added advantage.

ABOUT ZIVID 

Zivid has developed the world's most accurate real-time 3D camera for robotics and industrial applications. The camera provides robots and machines with 3D vision to make them smarter, more flexible, and intelligent. Among many applications, the Zivid product can be used to recognize randomly distributed parts for pick-and-place or do in-line quality control of 3D components in a production line.
